A family of barbers on Concord Street.
The Chair Room is exactly what it sounds like. A room with chairs. The shop has been on Concord Street for over a decade and the same family has been cutting hair here the entire time. Five chairs, a bench by the door, the radio on most days, and a counter where the next guy up knows who he is.
We do classic cuts. We do fades — low, mid, high, skin, taper, burst. We do beard work, hot-towel shaves, and straight-razor line-ups. We do designs — the kind where you sit down with a photo on your phone and walk out with the lines exactly where you wanted them. Cash on the counter, walk in, walk out fresh.
Concord Street has changed a lot in ten years — half the storefronts have turned over twice. The Chair Room hasn't moved. Two doors down from the corner, look for the awning and the pole out front. Walk in. Pick a chair when one opens up. We'll save you a seat if the wait is real.
